The 200 hour Evansville Yoga Teacher Training program is now being taught exclusively at Sift Yoga in Newburgh. Lyndsie Wargel is taking over all administrative functions of the training. She’ll be handling all emails, phone calls and texts and happy to answer any questions you may have about the 200 hour yoga teacher training. Chris Crews and Andrew Rodenberg will continue to co-teach, along with Lyndsie’s assistance. The 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training can be done in person, via Zoom or a mix of both.  This 200 hour training is in it’s 16 year. The training exposes students to various styles of yoga that fit under the umbrella of Hatha Yoga. These styles may include: Restorative, Kundalini, Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal and Chair Yoga, just to name a few.

Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm + 1 hr lunch

Evansville Teacher Training offers a nurturing environment in which individuals at various levels of their respective yoga practice can grow and evolve as teachers and people. Many of our graduates have established new careers as yoga instructors and yoga studio owners.

Tuition payment options (price increase for 2021):

$2,500 paid in full, plus $100 deposit due with application = $2,600

 8 monthly/weekend payments of $340, plus $100 deposit due with application = 8 x $340 + $100 = $2,820

Upon completion of the program you will be eligible to apply as a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Although this training is serious and necessary to be registered with the Yoga Alliance, we also plan on having fun and learning more about ourselves along the way.
