Why a yoga retreat?

Retreats help provide a focus back on ourselves. Being on a yoga retreat breaks your daily habits and routines. At a yoga retreat you will have the luxury of time and space to do things just for you. You can focus on yourself and your needs. You will have time to indulge in a variety of yoga classes, meditation, pranayama, journaling and art.   All levels are welcome because yoga is for everyone.  Join me for a weekend of 'you' time!
